There are a number of details that can overwhelm a wedding couple or party organizer. The Willow House helps with the development of a plan for coordinating different elements of the event style. We provide suggestions, that along with the requests of our clients, result in the true embodiment of the wedding or event experience for our guests.

Owner Linda Matson offers coordination services for your event. We can help develop a time table or agenda, and even facilitate the event to ensure its success.

Some identified needs for events that we can coordinate include parking, caterer support, cueing Emcee/DJ, rearranging tables, cocktail hour, guest services/direction, supplies and general oversight.  We can facilitate the bridal dance, cake cutting and/or other traditions of the guest’s choosing.  These services are an optional addition to your event package.
