Our Pricing

 Ceremony Only Package- $1,000

• This package includes the use of the pavilion, restroom, and lawns the day of your event, as well as access to the grounds the day before for rehearsal. The Willow House staff will prepare the altar for the ceremony, and will stage the ceremony area with drapery, seating, and decorations according to your specifications. An Aisle is created using pillars, each decorated to enhance your theme. 

 Reception Only Package-$3,000

• This package includes the use of the pavilion, restroom, and lawns the day of your event, as well as access to the grounds the day before your event for rehearsal, deliveries, and decorating/prepping. It also includes time the morning after the event until 12:00 pm for cleanup. Clients must adhere to decorating and staging restrictions (for example, no staples or glue may be used in decorating the wooden pavilion). Also included in this package is the use of four wooden farmhouse tables, which seat ten guests each, use of the pavilion and patio furniture, antique containers for iced bottled or canned drinks, use of the kitchen and social area with television, and use of the bonfire pit.

Dual Package (Ceremony and Reception)-$3,500

• This package includes all of the offerings of the two previous packages ( Ceremony Package and Reception package) at a reduced rate.

Complete Package- $5,000

• This package is offered to those clients who want to share with us their vision for their big day and let us do the rest! The Willow House staff will do all of the on-site preparations for your wedding, including set up, decorating, staging in coordination with your ideas and theme. Our staff will also take down and clean up the next day. Clients who choose this package will provide input and approval of the details, allowing us to create the perfect scene and environment for their wedding, and let us do the work. This package saves couples the time and stress of decorating and setting up and cleaning up the weekend of their wedding, and allows them to relax while we ensure their vision comes to life. Our suggestions and our large inventory of decor included in this package provides for easier staging and decorating decisions for couples.

Willow House Rental Packages

Willow House rental for wedding day - $200

• ​Includes use of the Willow House log home for bridal party preparations, mirrors and refreshments, staged photo opportunity areas, and access to the Willow House during the event for bridal party members. ​​

​Willow House rental for overnight stay- $300/night

• Includes use of the Willow House log home for overnight lodging for up to 5 guests ( two Queen beds,, and one twin bed). Also includes use of the Willow House log home for bridal party preparations, mirrors and refreshments, staged photo opportunity areas, and access to the Willow House during the event for bridal party members.
